“little by little,

as you left their voices behind,

the stars began to burn

through the sheets of clouds,

and there was a new voice

which you slowly

recognized as your own”

-The Journey by Mary Oliver

I’m glad you’re here. As your therapist, I would be honored to hear your story and all the things that make you who you are. Life can be very challenging and we all need support. Therapy can provide that safe and accepting space to explore your thoughts and feelings, always holding out hope for healing pain, changing old patterns, challenging stories we tell ourselves (and have been told about ourselves), and finding new ways to see. Before becoming a pre-licensed therapist, I worked in one-on-one educational settings for eight years, so growth mindset and process are some of my favorite words. My approach is integrative: I draw from the best therapy techniques to meet your unique needs.
